Nanoindentation/ Microindentation
During surface insulation resistance (SIR) measurement, the electrical resistance between metallic conductors on the substrate surface is monitored when a voltage is applied.
We offer surface imaging and roughness analyses with XPS. In addition, it can also determine the binding and electronic state of the atoms.
